Our Directors
Aaron Sinnott
Director and Senior Accountant
Aaron joined the Sinnotts team in 2012 as a Partner and Senior Accountant.
Based in our Camperdown office, Aaron provides advice in agribusiness, taxation, business set up and strategic planning. He has a particular passion for business advisory, supporting and mentoring SMEs.
When he is not spending time with his family, Aaron can often be found on the golf course, watching a game of local footy or cheering on his beloved (and 2021 Premiers!!) ‘Dees’.

Ian Holland
Director and Senior Accountant
Ian joined the team as Senior Accountant in early 2017. He has more than 20 years’ experience under his belt as a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and enjoys working with all types of business. Ian has particular skills in self-managed superannuation funds.
A keen home cook and fisherman, Ian loves a challenge and watching his family play sports. He has participated in the annual Murray to Moyne Cycle Relay and is an enthusiastic volunteer in his community.
Ian’s super power: Level-headedness.

Shaun Armitage
Director
Many of Shaun’s clients hail from the construction industries making him our resident ‘tradie Accountant’. This is actually kind of appropriate given that he describes himself as a “jack of all trades” when it comes to his work.
A proud Dad of a young family, Shaun loves to go four-wheel-driving and get out into the great outdoors armed with his tent, mountain bike and chainsaw (just in case he finds any wood suitable for the fireplace).
Shaun’s super power: Master of box receipts!

Dallas Mooney
Director
With several years’ experience in the Accounting industry and coming from a small business family, Dallas has a personal passion for helping business owners to achieve their personal and professional goals.
Locally born and bred, he brings his own energy and dynamism to his work enterprises of all sizes.
Outside the office, Dallas is a keen football player, runner, and enthusiast of anything sport.
Dallas’ super power: Communication, communication, communication.

Blessing Furusa
Senior Accountant
Blessing joined the Sinnotts team in 2025, bringing a fresh perspective and a passion for helping clients navigate their financial journeys. Based in our Warrnambool office, he supports individuals and small businesses with tax compliance, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
Blessing’s superpower: Turning complex numbers into clear insights.

Lucy Place
Senior Accountant
Having grown up on a dairy farm, Lucy is always jostling to be the Accountant who gets to work with our agricultural clients! She enjoys helping small business owners to use forecasting and budgeting as a way of realising their business’ true potential.
A die-hard foodie, Lucy is the office ‘go to’ person for delicious recipe tips. She is also our resident provider of unofficial restaurant and café reviews!
Lucy’s super power: Unbridled enthusiasm for her clients’ business dreams (and for morning teas and social events).

Richard Raju
Senior Accountant
Richard joined the Sinnotts team in January 2015. He lives in Terang with his family, working primarily from our Camperdown office.
Richard prefers building genuine relationships with clients, getting to know them and their business.
Outside of work, Richard is something of a cricket tragic. He also likes to dabble in some day trading and is an active volunteer for with his local SES Unit for which he acts as Treasurer.
Richard’s super power: Cool as a cucumber!

Deirdre Fleming
Senior Accountant
Deirdre, who joined the firm in 2010, grew up on a dairy farm. She now manages a sheep grazing and cropping business, which gives her unique insights into the seasonal challenges of primary production.
Working from our Camperdown office, Deirdre has a personal interest in helping to upskill clients so they can make better financial decisions. She also relishes working with agricultural clients.
When she is not at work, Deirdre is usually surrounded by children – either her own delightful grandchildren, or when volunteering with her local youth group. Aside from being around young people, photography is another of her passions.
Deirdre’s super power: The ability to see the ‘big picture’.

Anna Whiting
Accountant and IT Advisor
Anna works across our Camperdown and Warrnambool offices. She joined the firm in 2013 after graduating with an Accounting degree from LaTrobe University. She takes a forensic approach to understanding how individual businesses tick and loves to work with clients to drive efficiencies through technology.
A self-professed nerd, this keen performer loves all things Star Wars and Marvel. She’s also pretty handy with a sewing machine!
Anna’s super power: Navigating through the depths of Xero and the multitude of add-ons.

Murray Whiting
Senior Accountant
Murray joined Sinnotts in 1983 as a Trainee Accountant, progressing through the firm to become a Partner in 2001.
Murray specialise in taxation and business advice, particularly for family business and farming clients. But he also has a personal interest in property renovation – a talent that has come to the fore during our office renovations.
At home, Murray enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters and playing trains with his grandchildren. He is looking forward to being able to being able to travel again soon!
Murray’s super power: As a Libran, he tends to take a balanced approach to issues. This tends to keep things calm and allow for considered decisions.

Cameron Young
Business Consultant
With more than 30 years’ industry experience, Cameron prefers to work in partnership with his clients, treating each business with the same care and consideration as he would treat his own business.
Not only did he grow up in a family of self-employed people, Cameron has also owned and operated a range of earthmoving and farming businesses. So he has excellent understanding of the impacts of the vagaries of life as a business owner.
Cameron takes a holistic approach with his clients in the understanding that a healthy business results in a healthy and happier lifestyle.
Cameron’s super power: Treating each business as if it was his own.

Brad Cook
Accountant
Our young gun Accountant, Brad, is developing strong expertise working with sole trader clients and small business – especially farming enterprises.
A keen footballer and weekend rock-climber, Brad is also pretty handy in the kitchen. Or so he tells us!
Brad’s super power: Office banter.

Michelle Riches
Business Manager
Just like you, we’re running a business. And Michelle, who has an Accounting background, is pretty much the glue that keeps our business held together so beautifully. She manages our office operations, including client requests and queries, our staff and also our debtors/creditors.
Highly organised, Michelle is also an excellent communicator and connector of people.
She cites family, gardening, shopping and football as her personal interests (in that order!)
Michelle’s super power: A keen eye for detail.

Sally McConnell
Bookkeeper
Although Sally is a relative newcomer to the Accounting industry, she has rich life experience upon which to draw when working with her clients. Passionate about her work at Sinnotts, she works hard to do the very best she can for her clients.
Outside work, Sally loves to spend time with her children and grandchildren. Travelling and walking are also among her favourite pastimes. As is the ancient craft of Origami. (“It’s very therapeutic!”)
Sally’s super power: Doing things right the first time.

Fiona Milverton
Administration
Fiona is likely to be the first person you encounter when you visit our office or phone us. Friendly and welcoming, we’ve dubbed her ‘Queen of First Impressions’!
With a keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills, Fiona is our resident diary wrangler.
When she is not keeping us organised, she is likely to be found somewhere outdoors. A keen horsewoman, she loves the beach and spending time with family and friends.
Fiona’s super power: Super organised!
