With the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic, it is vital that we evolve too.
We have implemented internal systems over the past 24 months that will enable us to service clients with minimal interruptions.
We’re making the following changes in our office to help do our bit;
Meetings
We will be limiting face-to-face meetings with clients. Instead we will be offering the option of phone appointments or online virtual meetings. Our reception will continue to operate as normal to collect and deliver information.
We will send you information regarding how to run a virtual meeting when we book one with you.
Office Cleaning
We are increasing the frequency with which we clean our office, especially our reception area. Ensuring that all our high touch points are cleaned regularly throughout the day.
Staff Working Arrangements
For the time being we will be working in the office but will be restricting the movement of staff between offices. We have plans in place to be enable us to continue our work from home, should the need arise.
We would also like to remind clients that is they are feeling unwell to not come to our offices, but please feel free to contact us via phone or email. Please be sure to look after yourselves and those around you both physically and mentally.
